Miravoy.com and Law Enforcement Training and Education Consultants are divisions of Jacobs, et al, LLC, a learning strategy and business consultancy.

Miravoy.com was started as a solution for a client who needed a unique solution for their customers. A small agency needed an LMS to host a single training course that would be visited upwards of 5,000 times a year by one-time users.

After extensive research, the options were either tens of thousands of dollars a year, a severe limitation in file size and number of users, or redesigning the entire course using their proprietary authoring tool. None satisfied the unique needs of the client.

After conversing with many people and companies in the industry, it was realized that there is a need for a flexible middle ground. Using our decades of experience with web technology, Miravoy.com was founded to fill the need and provide options for our clients and customers, but also to fill a void for law enforcement agencies, academies, training organizations, and firearms related organizations.
